Intellivault provides consulting services and technological tools for data protection in digital environments. The services are specifically described in each agreement and do not constitute a guarantee of absolute security.
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials, implementing the recommendations provided, and complying with applicable data protection laws in their systems.
Services are provided "as is". Intellivault does not guarantee the absence of vulnerabilities or interruptions. Our liability is limited to the diligent provision of the agreed services.
The user retains all rights to their data. Intellivault only processes the information necessary to provide the service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Prices and payment terms are specified in the service proposal. No refunds are issued for services already rendered, except as provided by law.
Either party may terminate the agreement for material breach. The user must remove our systems from their technological environments upon termination.
